Over many years of it history, The Sterling brand has become, and remains, synonymous with quality watches, jewellery, fashion, silverware and high-end accessories. Apart from expanding horizontally, the Group has also strengthened itself through a vertical integration process, employing skilled craftsmen specialising in custom-made jewellery and watch after-sales specialists, offering a quality in-house after-sales service.

The Group has grown substantially over the years, attracting many prestigious, high-end brands. This is indicative of its high competence in the Maltese jewellery and watch industry.
Despite venturing into other retail areas through specifically set-up companies, including fashion wear, catering and restaurant management, the Group's core business remains jewellery and watches.
For a number of years the Group also operated two retail stores in London's most prestigious shopping District.

In 2012, our premises in Republic street, Valletta changed from a multi-brand store to a Bulgari-mono-brand boutique.
In all the company owns 26 retail stores with a total retail area of approximately 2100sqm, located in prestigious locations, serviced and supported by a sales function of 70 employees.

The Sterling retail network is spread to reach all of Malta's principle retail catchment areas, making Sterling the only Group capable of ubiquitously deploying brands and product lines across the country.
We have 26 stores in all, with all of them strategically located, from high streets, to five-star hotels and shopping complexes.
We have an extensive range of designer brands together with all facilities for producing custom-made jewellery. Our fully-equipped workshop offers the services of four goldsmiths and two watch technicians able to provide a full after-sales service. Our customer service representatives are fully trained to handle any query. We also offer our own in-house insurance, offering a like-for-like replacement in the event of a mishap.
Over the years the Group has ventured into new lines of business in the retail and catering sectors, either through its main operating company or other companies within the Group.
In October 2012, the Group through one of its operating companies, Sterling Trading Ltd, opened a 60 square metre monobrand Luisa Spagnoli apparel store in the central pjazza of the Tigne development in Sliema.
